Depending on your type of registration there are four Meeting Places.
From the 16th of January 2018, as a registered delegate, you will be able to access the
full delegate list online, create meetings as well as directly message other attendees.
All meetings can be booked in blocks of 30 minutes.

40 meeting tables, seating up to 4 people, located next to the main Networking Hub on ground level with a dedicated InfoPoint and Coffee Station.
30 business lounges, seating up to 6 people, located in the main Networking Hub on ground level.
Each Client Suite has two business lounge spaces, seating up to 6 or 12 people and is located on ground level in the main Networking Hub next to the Premium Business Lounges.
The Hospitality Suite has 5 meeting tables, seating up to 10 and is located on level 1 next to the Auditorium. The Hospitality Suite offers full refreshments and in room dining.
