Online meeting scheduler live from 16 January 2018

DWIC’s online meeting scheduler helps you connect with other attendees before, during and after the event.  Make sure you register and log in to the site to start setting up your bilateral business meetings. 

The perfect place to do business…

Depending on your type of registration there are four Meeting Places.

From the 16th of January 2018, as a registered delegate, you will be able to access the
full delegate list online, create meetings as well as directly message other attendees.

All meetings can be booked in blocks of 30 minutes.

ACCESS TO ALL DELEGATES

 

40 meeting tables, seating up to 4 people, located next to the main Networking Hub on ground level with a dedicated InfoPoint and Coffee Station. 

 

PREMIUM BUSINESS LOUNGE

ACCESS TO BOOK MEETINGS IN THIS SPACE IS LIMITED TO SPONSORS WHO HAVE RESERVED A PREMIUM LOUNGE

30 business lounges, seating up to 6 people, located in the main Networking Hub on ground level.

CLIENT SUITE

ACCESS TO BOOK MEETINGS IN THIS SPACE IS LIMITED TO COMPANIES WHO HAVE RESERVED A CLIENT SUITE

Each Client Suite has two business lounge spaces, seating up to 6 or 12 people and is located on ground level in the main Networking Hub next to the Premium Business Lounges.

           

HOSPITALITY SUITE

ACCESS TO BOOK MEETINGS IN THIS SPACE IS LIMITED TO COMPANIES WHO HAVE RESERVED A HOSPITALITY SUITE

The Hospitality Suite has 5 meeting tables, seating up to 10 and is located on level 1 next to the Auditorium. The Hospitality Suite offers full refreshments and in room dining.
