DWIC offers a unique online meeting scheduler. The platform allows delegates to create multiple meetings with multiple people in multiple places.
You can create as many meetings as you wish within the set time of the two-day event. DWIC offers up to 20 hours of meeting time.
Unique to DWIC, you can create group meetings for up to 8 people or more if you want to set your own meeting place, such as a nearby restaurant or office.
If you are a sponsor, you will have a reserved table, or lounge, or premium suite or exhibitor booth. If you are not a sponsor, DWIC offers 8 seater tables which can be reserved for up to an hour at a time.
The online meeting scheduler opens 5 months ahead of the event. This allows registered delegates to review the ‘live’ delegate list, send messages, check other delegates schedules and create meeting requests. Once meetings are confirmed, these will be recorded in your own online agenda.
