Brad Boyson is cofounder of HR Learn In (HRLI), a mentor-to-mentee, upskilling community and consultancy based in Dubai, UAE. Prior to establishing HRLI, Mr. Boyson set up and for 7 years led the Dubai office for the world’s largest HR association – SHRM. His diverse global experience as the head of HR operations includes tenure with Mitsubishi Corporation (Vancouver, Canada), Royal Caribbean International (Miami, USA) and Emaar/Hamptons (Dubai, UAE). Over his career he has worked on every inhabited continent and overseen diverse workforces consisted of 80+ different nationalities.
A published author and frequent keynote speaker around the world on all matters relating to HR and the world of work. For the past decade he has also been actively involved with developing ISO Human Capital Reporting standards. Recently the Security and Exchange Commission’s mandated that all publicly traded companies must report material Human Capital data in their annual reports.
Academically, he graduated from three different business schools, majoring in Finance, Industrial Relations and HR respectively and has passed 5 different professional HR qualifications. In the MENA region he has served on government and academic advisory boards however his proudest professional accomplishment comes from the thousands of people around the world that he has coached and mentored to become better business-mined HR leaders.
