Saif is responsible for new partnerships’ development with insurers, reinsurers and solutions providers at Optum, the technology and service arm of UnitedHealth Group. Prior to that, he was the regional CEO for Middle East and Africa based in Dubai for Optum. Before joining UHG, Saif worked at Aetna, Daman, Green Crescent – AXA Gulf. He also worked on mandatory health insurance law and the launch of Enaya scheme with Dubai Health Authority, and then on the launch of Sa’ada Scheme with Dubai Government Human Resources Department.
Aljaibeji was nominated chairman of Sehteq” the health insurance initiative in Ras Al Khaimah” earlier this year.
