Maciej is a Director with Deloitte Middle East with over 15 years of experience within Consulting and Client Advisory. Before joining the Middle East office in 2015, he worked with Deloitte advising clients in Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America.
Maciej’s expertise focuses in delivering and shaping large transformational programmes for the insurance and banking industry. He has a strong record of successfully leading teams, proven ability to deliver complex transformation engagements and senior stakeholder management, driving business change as well as organization efficiency and profitability. He also advises clients on how to build adjacent digital business models.
Maciej has a degree in Computer Engineering and Information Systems by the University of Lisbon, a member of the Consortium Linking Universities of Science and Technology.
