Sandy joined Sukoon as Active Underwriter of their Lloyd’s Syndicate in 2025. She brings nearly 25 years of experience in the (Re)Insurance market with a career spanning specialty lines Insurance Broking, Underwriting and Reinsurance Broking. She is responsible for building out the international vision for Sukoon through the syndicate within the DIFC, developing strategy across all lines of business.
Previous roles include the Global Head of PVT at Inigo, International Head of Political Risk at The Hartford (Navigators) and spent time at Munich Re and Arch building out and leading their Terrorism businesses. She gained insight into the broking world during time at JLT at the start of her career and then at Howden Re prior to her move in the Middle East where she was Managing Director of their Global Specialty business.
During her time in Lloyd’s she developed a strong foundation in complex risk and product development, working with clients and carriers around the globe. She is passionate about delivering tailored solutions, navigating nuanced markets, and building strong relationships along the way.
