Walter Jopp

Walter Jopp is Chief Executive Officer for Zurich Middle East. His role is responsible for developing and executing Zurich’s strategy in the region, enhancing the value of Zurich’s strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities for further profitable growth.
In his career at Zurich which has spanned over 24 years, Walter has held several senior roles within Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East these have included developing key bank relationships at a global level, international business in Latin America & Scandinavia ,Global Head of Sales for Zurich’s International business where he led the sales operation for individual and corporate businesses with teams in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Until October 2015 he led the Market Management for Zurich in Asia Pacific and Middle East, overseeing sales, marketing and propositions in the region.
