Rooms are bookable with the contracted rate from 26th April 2026 – 30th April 2026 ONLY.
- Rates quoted above are in UAE Dirham per room per night and
- INCLUSIVE of Dubai Municipality fee currently at 7% and 10% service charge
- INCLUSIVE of Buffet Breakfast at Saffron or Kaleidoscope Restaurant
- INCLUSIVE of Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 net per room and per day
- INCLUSIVE of 5 % Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Triple Occupancy Rooms at an additional supplement of AED 483 inclusive of taxes and breakfast per room per night
Individual Deposit/Payment Policy
One (1) night non-refundable deposit fee will be charged at the time of booking on the online booking link.
The booking is fully guaranteed once the online credit card payment has been successful completed. Remaining charges will be settled upon check-out.
Should any guest requires to cancel room due to severe health condition, a no flying /traveling certificate or Medical report from Doctor to be shared . by receiving the doctors certificate a 100% refund will be given to individual guest
Should any guest requires to cancel room due to death in the family the cancellation waiver will fall under the clause of Force Majeure. h.
Credit Card Requirements
Guests are required to present a valid credit card at the time of check in whereby a pre-authorization representing AED 1,000 per room per night will be charged, and authorized for anticipated use of facilities and incidentals during their stay, unless all such charges for individual guests will be settled on the Master Account. Individual guests are responsible for settling guest folios at the time of check out by credit card or local currency cash.
Individual Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received from 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date– 50% cancellation fee of total calculated length of stay will be charged.
Cancellations 14 days prior to the arrival date – 100% cancellation fee of total calculated length of stay will be charged.

TRAVEL
For 2026, the 9th annual DWIC will be taking place at the iconic Atlantis, The Palm.
Atlantis, the Palm is served by the Palm Monorail that can be accessed from the Dubai Marina Tram which links to the main Metro line. The main Metro line also serves the DIFC as well as the airport.
