Roger Taylor is Co-Founder of Famn and a Coaching Psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience working with CEOs, boards and senior leadership teams operating in complex, high-pressure environments. Prior to co-founding Famn, he held senior organisational performance roles, including as Head of Organisational Performance at T-Mobile.
He has worked extensively across the global insurance market, supporting leaders through periods of crisis, organisational change, market volatility and complex decision-making. Known for his depth, rigour and long-term advisory relationships, Roger combines coaching psychology with organisational insight to help leaders identify behavioural patterns, strengthen decision-making under pressure and lead more effectively through uncertainty.
Alongside organisational and leadership challenges, Roger’s work also focuses on the personal impact of operating in senior leadership roles, helping executives navigate the psychological demands, pressures and responsibilities that come with sustained high-performance environments.
Roger holds a Master’s degree in Coaching Psychology and has advanced training across Gestalt psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Polyvagal Theory. He leads the development of Famn’s coaching methodology and oversees the quality and psychological rigour of the firm’s work globally.
