My corporate career includes leadership roles at Fortune 100 multinationals such as MetLife, General Electric, AIG, and Philips. I led large-scale change management, digital transformations, M&A, integration, digital finance operations, and pension fund investment portfolio management exceeding USD 300M.
As an entrepreneur, I co-founded startups in the healthtech and edtech, and Insurance sectors, serving as CEO and managing from fundraising to strategy and negotiations. I am Founder of AcceleratEMEA an advisory providing growth strategies for the future. I recently established ITT Nexus – Innovation Think Tank, an impact platform uniting academia, policymakers, and industry to co-design the future of the innovation ecosystem.
